Annika predominantly practices as a lawyer in the area of Civil Litigation and Wills & Estates.
Annika graduated from Monash University with a Master of Laws (Juris Doctor), and holds a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice. Annika's interest and experience in the law commenced long before practising as a lawyer. Annika initially completed a Bachelor of Arts at the University of Melbourne with a major in Criminology, and subsequently worked as a Paralegal for 3 years while completing her Juris Doctor.
Annika's work as a paralegal involved complex legal research and the preparation of analytical case assessments to assist clients and barristers, as well as assisting, instructing and appearing in court proceedings in the Magistrates’, County and Supreme Courts. At Elvin Lawyers, Annika advises and represents clients in a diverse range of practice areas including wills and probate, civil and commercial disputes, business and transactional matters, as well as criminal and intervention order matters.
