Senior Family and Relationship Lawyer
Skye heads our family law department. With a wealth of experience in most areas of law, Skye is particularly passionate about family law, being her primary area of practice.
Representing clients in the Family Court of Australia, the Federal Circuit Court of Australia and the Magistrates’ Court of Victoria, Skye’s career spans across Victoria and the Australian Capital Territory and involves advising clients in respect of complex property matters, parenting matters and family violence protection orders.
Skye acknowledges the stress involved when navigating separation and the family law system. With a strong belief in practical solutions and working with clients to achieve expedient and sensible outcomes, Skye maintains balance with an empathetic and individualised approach.
Skye considers volunteering to be an integral part of her practice. Skye has previously volunteered at several community based legal centres throughout her career, across Victoria and the Australian Capital Territory.
Currently, Skye volunteers at a Melbourne based community legal centre and is a Volunteer Mentor for an organisation which offers a unique, early intervention program supporting women in Melbourne.
Skye is a member of the Family Law Section, the Law Institute of Victoria and is undertaking her Masters of Applied Law specialising in Family Law and Public Sector Law.
